The Northern Branch, in association with the AHCP (Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals) is holding a Study Day entitled ‘Changes… On The Way!’ at Durham County Cricket Club, Chester Le Street, on Wednesday, 10 November, 2010.
Themes of the Study Day will be:
- Leadership.
- National Standards of Cleanliness versus the British Standards.
- Assurance Framework including CQC.
- Performance and Benchmarking.
- Human Resources.
- Workforce Planning.
- Staff-side Viewpoint.
- New Government - New Direction?
