No Borders - No Boundaries
Hosted by the Northern Branch - ‘No Borders, No Boundaries’ is the theme for the Hospital Caterers Association’s National Conference 2009.
Conference 2009 will identify and agree on how health professionals can work together to identify the obstacles that work against food service and delivery on the wards; it will examine the legal issues around nutrition and it will consider what impact, if any, the Darzi report will have on the future delivery of services.
The Conference Committee is developing a programme that will stimulate debate on the issues that affect the patients’ meal experience and will tackle the concerns that cause a divide between disciplines. So we invite you to come on a journey from the North East of England, over the border into Scotland, where in Glasgow we will be hosting Conference 2009 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre and Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow.
