HCA Strategy Document
The Strategy Document has been developed by the HCA Executive and approved by Council for the benefit of the Association and its members. The document describes the key activities, the challenges facing members and outlines future plans for the association.
The Strategy will be reviewed on a regular basis to reflect the dynamic situation within which the Association and its members find themselves and to react to the changing NHS environment.
The Document sets out to:
- Create a financial framework to support the both the Association’s ongoing activities and future developments
- To provide a performance management framework to ensure implementation
- To provide a performance assessment framework within which the Association can monitor progress against plans
- Reflect national policy and agenda in the Associations objectives
and encompasses the Association's code of conduct.
