You can now save more money as Hobart moves one step closer to washing without water!
Since the launch of its FXP range, Hobart has been setting new standards in terms of economy and consumption and now it has gone even further. Always working towards its vision of “washing without water”, Hobart has launched its undercounter dishwasher with new, switchable steam rinse. This new patent-pending technology will become a standard feature across the entire FXP range.
The FXP with ‘Vapo Rinse ECO’ requires only 1.5 litres in total of fresh water per cycle which, compared to other manufacturers’ machines, represents a saving of up to 55% in water and detergent usage in the wash cycle and up to 70% in the rinse aid cycle. These savings are attained by a first stage rinse with water to remove fine particles of soil. The second stage ‘Vapo Rinse ECO’ steam rinse completely fills the washing chamber with steam, forming a microscopically thin film on each wash item, removing residual detergent as it condenses on the washed ware. The steam reaches every part of the wash item, avoiding any ‘spray shadows’. And the technically advanced INTENSIV wash system is further enhanced with a revolutionary and unique drying cycle; INTENSIV4:
- A 3 minute drying cycle, activated at the end of the rinse
- Drying can be selected or stopped at any time
- Removes steam from the wash chamber prior to opening the door, ensuring operator safety and comfort
The FXP range of undercounter dishwashers by Hobart is a model of efficiency and economy.
