A Moffat Carvery available in a choice of stylish finishes
Everyone loves a roast dinner and a carvery is an excellent way of displaying and serving succulent roasts. E & R Moffat’s traditional V Carv carvery is a self-contained, mobile unit that can be easily moved and stored. Now with a choice of finishes, Moffat’s V Carv Carvery can be tailored to suit a restaurants décor and style.
The V Carv VCCV4’s streamlined, modern design can be teamed with a choice of stylish fascia panels to create a carvery that looks as good as the food tastes. The choice of finish can determine the ambience of the restaurant, as well as entice in customers.
With a choice of American Maple, Academy Maple, Russian Maple or Mahogany there is an option to compliment most interiors.
The V Carv units are completely self-contained - an instant carvery on wheels. They have two heated carving pads with holding spikes, heated bain marie above a generous, heated storage cupboard, as well as a heated plate lowerator to hold the plates at the correct serving temperature. All the caterer has to do is plug it into a nearby standard 13Amp socket - no special wiring is required.
The V Carv carvery is fully mobile, four semi-obscured, heavy-duty, lockable casters ensure both manoeuvrability and stability, so it can be easily moved and stored away when not needed. The V Carv’s streamlined, compact design and tailored finish, means it wouldn’t look out of place if left permanently on show.
