Save the Date for NI Branch HCA Seminar October 2025           

Northern Ireland Branch of the Hospital Caterers Association is hosting its Annual Seminar on Friday 24th October 2025, 9am to 3.30pm at La Mon House Hotel in Belfast.

We would like to offer your company the opportunity to take a stand at our seminar to showcase your products / equipment and to have the opportunity to meet catering managers and health care professionals from across the region, please register your interest by 30th May 2025 and payment received by 31st August 2025.

Last year, we had over 90 delegates from each of 5 Trusts within Northern Ireland and 32 exhibitors.

The stand cost is £325 plus vat and includes a 2-meter table and seats for two representatives; please indicate by return if you will require electrical supply (2 Sockets per stand)

Exhibitor Information Pack and Seminar Programme details will follow in early summer.

There will also be a meet and greet evening  meal on Thursday 23rd October 2025 in  Restaurant, La Mon Hotel ,before our seminar included in stand price for 2 representatives.
